We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you opt to return an item we will issue you with either a store credit or refund for the same amount, depending on the situation. We do not offer any refunds for 'sale' items at the moment. We also do not offer refunds on sizing issues and change of minds (as we are an online retailer, it is the customer's responsibility to check the sizing of the shoes and clothing prior to purchasing online).
All specifications of our products are listed on the product pages. As we are an online retailer, it is the consumer's responsibility to double-check that they indeed want to purchase the product based on the images and specifications.
